NUMERICA - CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONDITIONS

Customer support is an optional service available to all customers of NUMERICA with a valid licence. Customers on support service qualify for technical support on programming and related numerical aspects.  In addition, they obtain upgraded versions of the software, free of charge, as soon as they become available.

Support costs are given in Table 3 of the NUMERICA price list. The following conditions apply:

1.      Only customers with a valid NUMERICA licence are eligible for support.

2.      Payments for support are for a complete year and are made in advance, see section 7 of Terms and Conditions 1999.

 

3.      Support services will be renewed automatically on a yearly basis. NUMERITEK LTD will invoice the customer shortly before the renewal is due.

 

4.      Support services may be stopped by any of the two parties, the customer or NUMERITEK LTD, at least one month prior to the date of renewal. Failure on the part of the customer to cancel the support services under the above condition will automatically result in payment of support fee for another year being due. 

 

5.      The total number of inquiries per licence per year is limited. The maximum number of inquiries is given in Table 4 of NUMERICA price list for each sub-library and for each class of customers as defined in Table 1 of NUMERICA price list.

 

6.      NUMERITEK LTD may change the licence conditions at any time, giving notice to the customer at least one month before the next renewal date.

 

7.      Support is given through an email support desk. The users may direct their inquiries to support@numeritek.com giving his/her name and name of institution.
